The Pestana Golf Resort -is located between Lagoa and Carvoeiro, the two courses are laid out over the most scenic undulating terrain amongst olive groves, carob, fig and almond trees.

Pinta Course - Par 71. the course has been open since 1992 and has earned an excellent reputation. It has Bermuda grass on the fairways and Penn Cross Bent greens. All the par four and fives are doglegs making accuracy off the tees paramount.

Gramacho Course - Sister course to Pinta, Gramacho is an 18 hole championship course, it has recently been extended previously being 9 holes. It is a par 71 and is 6107 metres long. Like Pinta all the par four and fives are doglegs.

Silves Golf Course - A brand new course opened by the Pestana group in 2006. It is a par 70 and is 5615 metres long. Silves encourages and rewards attacking play. It has a natural beauty and an elegant design. The excellent condition, all year round, is ideal for low scoring. A relentless test in precision, this course has no peers. It is the “archetype” of man-sized parkland golf."

Boavista Golf Club - offers superb facilities in a uniquely sophisticated yet relaxed atmosphere and is already attracting people from all over the world.

Boavista Golf opened on 1st January 2002, the impressive 18 Hole Championship golf course has been designed by Howard Swan MSc, past president of The European Institute of Golf Course Architects.His philosophy - to create a course as if it has always been there - has been sensitively applied at Boavista, preserving, integrating and harmonising with the area's natural terrain.

Palmares Golf - Five of the 18 holes are situated on sand-dunes along the Atlantic coast on the Meia Praia beach. The remaining 13 holes are laid out among gently undulating hills.

Hole no. 5, Stroke Index 1 is, without a shadow of a doubt, one of the most outstanding links hole in Europe. Most of other holes enjoy either panoramic views over the Bay of Lagos or of the more distant Monchique hills. Palmares Course is a Par 71, including 11 par 4's, three par 5's, and 4 par 3's.
