Its features include three air conditioned bedrooms, all stylishly furnished, three bathrooms, guest toilet, all beautifully finished. The kitchen is fully equipped using Bosch appliances, and in the sumptuously furnished living room there is a wood burning fire and full central heating installed for the winter nights and outside a purpose built barbeque with covered terracing and gardens for you to enjoy the lovely summer evenings.

Unlike most Portuguese villas the master bedroom has a sun terrace with Jacuzzi so after a long day on the golf course you can relax and unwind.

All three bedrooms have twin beds that can be converted to doubles, this makes the villa suitable for golf groups or families who just want to enjoy the beautiful Algarve.

There is a shared swimming pool with sun-loungers in quiet pleasant surroundings.

Casa Lousada enjoys a privileged position overlooking the third green on the beautiful Pinta course; the gardens and terraces benefit from facing south west and ensures many hours of sunshine. Locally there are many beautiful beaches and restaurants for you to explore.

Carvoeiro A pretty resort which retains much of the charm of a traditional Portuguese fishing village. It has a pleasant sandy beach and plenty of bars and some excellent restaurants.
